LEGEND SOCCER COMPANY
Do you like soccer (or, as the rest of the world calls it, football)? Dirk does in a big way, and it has become a family affair.

Dirk's son Roland and 2 friends have started Legend Soccer Company,  developing innovative, sustainable soccer gear (and only soccer gear). Learn about Legend Soccer Company at the link above. Dirk not only endorses Legend Soccer, he's involved with it - "and not only because Roland is my son."

lol! I will be seeing the movie but when it comes out on DVD. And only with a free DVD rental trial. Then I can maybe, back up my arguments that this movie is a bad idea. Maybe the plot is not a bad idea but why do they have to jump on the A Team name just like many other TV classics have been subjected to.

They sure have wrecked a lot of the TV classics. The Dukes of Hazzard movie was awful. In fact most of the remakes I've seen have been terrible. No one has any original ideas any more? I'd be very happy to write a movie script. I waited until they were available on DVD too. I probably won't even watch it. IF the movie is made. I'd rather keep my memories of the A-Team as they are. When they made the series they broke the mold. You can't improve on perfection.

Unfortunately to the great unwashed masses The A-team largely means one thing only, B.A. aka Mr. T. It wouldn't surprise me if that character hit the spotlight in this film, and frankly the other roles will hardly get a look in. Hence the 'idea' of making FACE the villain. Also, John Singleton directing, this has got 'gangster cool' written all over it. This will be a rapper version of the A-Team probably.

God help us.

Yeah, every time I hear someone saying they want to make something "grittier", it really means adding more four letter words and more unnecessary blood and gore. And of course, making *any* team member a bad guy just totally destroys the basic concept. But what do we know - we've *only* been fans for years

I totally agree.. it doesn't make sense.
The ATeam exists as a group of 4 people with a particular character, particular skills and way of being.
Making one of them the villain is a nonsense.. it's Ateam nomore.. just another story..
