This video made my night. Well, my early morning. Because I'm up at 4 am due to RTF (Residential Temperature Fluctuations, not to be confused with Rich Text Format). At least I was asleep before, and since it's Saturday there will be time to sleep again. And hopefully dream of why canola oil is obviously the way to go.
(I know coconut oil is not macro, but that's also not the main point of the video...)
