Any news of Dirk coming to England this year?

John is dirk coming to manchester this year? for the love of 80s/90s monopoly events always ask him,manchester is so easy for me to get to and not miles away like scotland. TIA

I'm not aware of any European visits in 2019 - yet. I don't know if the Manchester con (or any other) has even invited him, which is a necessary first step...

But y'all will be the first to know if he books such an appearance.

Is dirk doing any conventions? On that radio interview he didn't sound like he were doing any at all. Has he retired from them?

He did quite a few last year. More than he usually does. I'm thinking he might only do a couple and rest and relax this year. I know. Less opportunity to see him.

Maybe, maybe not. Winter isn't usually busy, convention-wise. He and I will talk this week, and I will certainly pass along anything I can.

He did mention a European convention this year with Mr. T, but he said he didn't think he was going to do it. I think. I'm really surprised that T is finally doing a convention!

Monopoly events were asked if he were gunna do one of their conventions this year..they replied 'potentially' hope its not Scotland again. I can't get to scotland

Keira, contact the organizers and ask that he be invited. He's done that one before, I do believe. If they invite him and the stars align properly... Who knows?

Manchester would be my hope as well. Can avoid Ryanair that way and it's even a direct flight. Of course it would all get chaotic if the Brexit happens just then…

hi john..i believe he has been asked as when the owner of monopoly events was asked if dirk was doing any of monopolys events this year he answered "potentially"

Monopoly Events also asked the fans of comic con who they wanted to attend next time. I know I mentioned Dirk (and lots of people liked it).

He mentioned he had been asked to go to Liverpool in his radio interview earlier in the year which was a monopoly event.. He said he weren't gunna go and obviously he never. So maybe they are negotiating fee? Dirk is always very popular at cons. I hope he comes to the UK this year. Be my first time meeting him.
