Snacks
Are there any snacks one can have that don't require refrigeration or preparation? Snacks you can buy and open a bag or a box when you need food, but fits in with macrobiotics?
Also, is there a way to do this lifestyle if you're on limited funds (in my case, Social Security disability)? I know there are no guarantees, but I don't want to get cancer or diabetes, and the people in my life don't support me, including in macrobiotics.
