This is a short entry for the science /discovery seekers out there. I was curious if I could find out more about Dr Dotto when I read Dirk's book, and after some searching this is what I found. I thought others might enjoy it as well. While we are all working very hard toward good health and vitality either within the context of a macrobiotic diet or outside that context, the question of whether to supplement or not to supplement is an important one.
