I'm working on writing my first novel. My inspiration comes from the authors Farley Mowat, June Callwood and of course Dirk Benedict.
My family and friends have been encouraging me to write it. I've already written my first chapter.

Good luck with it. Writing is a lot of fun - but a lot of work, too. Sometimes I'm not sure which it's more of.

Hey, bibbinut, you should check out NaNoWriMo, National Novel Writing month, in November. I'll be trying to gather together a little group closer to the time to support each other through the challenge. You could be on to your second novel by then.
