Sorry to say this, but you should have ordered one from Amazon . My copy arrived yesterday (admitedly I've waited a month for it) and cost 9.99. As I ordered another book with it delivery was free.

Hello!
I just got a copy of "Confessions of a Kamikaze Cowboy" from chapters.indgo in Canada.
I got my copy within 24 hours.($13.04 Canadian plus $5 shipping.)
Personally, I say congrats to us all.
It doesn't matter where we get our books and how.
I'm sure we'll all treasure them.
Isn't Dirk worth it? :D
I think so!

take care,
Anne :)

As in 'it's as rare as rocking horse poop'.
It wasn't a comment on the book itself, more a comment on it's rarity.

Ah.

Yet another example, apparently, of two countries (GB & US) being divided by a common language.
