Serves 6 | Prep Time 10 minutes | Cook Time 20 minutes


Ingredients

1 1/2 tsp EDEN Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp EDEN Toasted Sesame Oil, optional,
all olive oil can be used
1 cup diced onion
1 cup EDEN Organic Hulled Buckwheat
2 cups water
1/2 cup carrots, sliced into 1/4" rounds
4 cups green cabbage, chopped
1 cup EDEN Organic Sauerkraut
1/4 cup sauerkraut brine, drained from
the EDEN Organic Sauerkraut
2 Tbsp minced parsley, for garnish


Directions

Heat oil in a medium saucepan and saute onion for 2 to 3 minutes. Add all remaining ingredients except for the parsley. Cover, bring to a boil, reduce flame to medium-low and simmer 20 minutes. Place in a serving dish and garnish with parsley.
