Well, as some folks here may be aware, I am doing yet another retelling of the beginning of the Battlestar Galactica saga.

Called "Battlestar Galactica: The Last Battlestar", this is a retelling/re-reimagining that combines elements of both Glen A. Larson's and Ronald D. Moore's Galactica universes in a way that thus far has proven palatable to fans of all stripes regarding Galactica.

My premise for writing this was: "What if TNS did not exist, and yet Universal still opted for a reinvention of the show, as opposed to a continuation?" The result so far is "The Last Battlestar", and I am pleased to say that so far it has gotten praise, even from some of the staunchest of traditionalists when it comes to Battlestar Galactica.

My story is available at my Yahoo group. If you wish to read it, simply join the group, go to FILES, click on The Last Battlestar, and start with the Preface.

Hope to see ya there. Hope moreso that you enjoy my offering in progress.
