okay - it only seems fitting that this thread needs to be here! It was created for me over on the Shrine, what feels like years ago. And then the Capping Queens did the rest :) And with the sad departure of the Shrine, it is no more, :cry: we need somewhere to discuss this properly - and where better, but on DBC :D So I see it only fitting that I create this thread :D

This thread is a discussion about how sexy Face is. So the SexJeans, the black leather jacket, and the wetsuit, can get discussed in great detail. (But not that god damn awful moustache :o that just upsets me... in fact I've thought of a question for Dirk now :oops:)

I'll try to get some photos loaded over on photobucket soon, but they are all caps (a mere handful) that I saved from over on the Shrine (they don't really belong to me). So I'm sure the Capping Queens, may well want to post their caps on a new home.:D

We did start other threads, for other characters too. I'll let someone else do that if we feel we need to discuss the other characters little quirks. ;)

Hmmm, Bend in the River... Yeah, I like the fuller mustaches, too - the goatee - well, that pic was kind of an afterthought, because I think that was just the makeup department (and the name of the movie just completely flew out the window in my brain :rolleyes:). But I know what you mean - I keep trying to talk my son into growing a mustache (and full beard - I *love* full beards) but so far he won't. (I tried to talk him into getting his ear pierced, too, and he won't do that either - such a stick in the mud! :p Certainly didn't get it from *my* side of the family :))).

One good thing about the Crystal Skull episode, Face looks fantastic. :D Oh and even Frankie looks quite cute once he's disguised as a local.

I like the parachute landing scene. If you watch Face closely - and who doesn't? - when he's being menaced by the guys with spears (who I assume are thinking "better kill this one before our women see him") he's looking all alarmed, but then at one point he suddenly smiles. It's like he's thinking "Can they resist the power of The Smile?" :D

I've got a question for anyone ... Dirk says he's short-sighted and I've seen him wearing glasses at cons and on BB. Does he wear contact lenses when he's not wearing glasses - or is everything more than a few metres away just a blur? :o :)) Just wondered what it would have been like trying to see a mark whilst filming - or driving away etc without his glasses! :o
