Reintroducing myself!

Hey everyone! It's been ages since I've been on here....my bad...oops! I like the new layout and such! Hope everyone is doing well and I promise to be back on here some more....at least until later this summer ;-)

Argh this is really bothering me though....my avatar is gone and it won't let me put in a new one! Help???!!! And my signature is screwed up, I'm trying to put a ticker in it and it won't work. Help again please!!!

I have the image I want to use already loaded up on photobucket but when I try to save it here it says it's not allowed or something??? argh....what am I doing wrong?
