This came through my mailbox today:
"The Case of the Deadly Toy: This episode had the potential to be the best in the box, in my opinion, but it does everything but live up to that potential. The story is that Martin Selkirk lusts after Claire Allison in a way that borders on insane. He stalks her even though she's dating someone (Dirk Benedict). Selkirk, in enraged jealousy, has Dirk's jaw broken, and Selkirk begins sending Claire threatening mail. Selkirk is murdered, and Claire is arrested for the crime. As Mason takes the case, he finds that the evidence that Selkirk could have been shot by his young son, who was playing with a gun."

Of course, I hadn't known Dirk was on the new Perry Mason series, so I started investigating. Sure enough, in IMDb it shows "Dick Benedict" in this 1959 episode - played by Robert Rockwell.
Well, at least I don't have to go hunting for a tape of *that* episode
