He had his ups and downs, but I get the feeling he didn't regret the experience. Maybe some bits (Cleo  ) He said he enjoyed it and met some nice people when asked on that video webchat with Dwight Schultz a couple of months ago. I wonder if he's been in touch with Leo or Germaine since he left? I recall in the last couple of days of BB Germaine joking about rebuilding the house and having a reunion.

If I remember right there was talk of 'doing a couple of things' with Germaine whilst on the programme itself (A film?), Ian is doing panto so I don't think there will be work done together there.
Don't know anything else.xx

Jermaine has said recently that there is gonna be a Jackson 5 tour, including Michael - so I reckon he's gonna be busy with that this year? 8) Perhaps the CBB challenge inspired him/gave him a confidence boost? that he can still do it?

CBB hijack - Matt Lucas tonite as BB - Joan Rivers (can't remember who else! ) be l8r on.

... and so it begins! :P

Deebee are you enjoying It? they have really played celeb bb hijack down this year, no Live stream, and nothing on C4. Its equally despised and liked on the c4 forums.
(And on the updates threads the LUTters still mention Dirk on occasion , )

(I would have liked a certain person to have hijacked the place  )

I feel voyeuristic (in a creepy way! ) when I watch these things, even (or especially! ) when Dirk was in it. I remember others recalling how they used to enjoy watching Dirk sleeping at night! :?

(For the uninformed  )This year the HMs are not celebs but 18 - 21 yr olds who have all 'excelled' in some area, eg music, acrobatics, boxing, motor racing, politics, beauty pagentry  , etc! The 'celebrities' take it in turn to act as Big Brother for 1 day each.

So no, I've hardly watched BBCH. I'm afraid I'm just getting too old :x , as I just don't find any of them 'interesting'. They are young people on the brink of bright futures, but as of now, they just haven't fulfilled that potential yet. :? The producers have obviously decided that the show is FOR young people, and have geared it for that.

I saw a couple of mins of the opening night with Matt Lucas telling John to behave in silly ways (using a secret earpiece) - he, he, he  ! That was funny, but not enough to make me want to entertain myself by watching teenagers lolling about for 3 weeks!:P I caught a glimpse of yesterday's highlights which showed Russell Brand as the BB Hijacker. That was interesting coz he was quite subdued compared to his Big Mouth dinkly way! And he was telling the HMs to be 'lovely' to each other and not argue, etc, which was good too.

Ratings are well down (it's been moved to the digital E4 channel, not the nationally available C4), only a few hundred thousand watching last few days.

Re: a certain person  hijacking it!
Yeah, none of the celebs have been v dastardly which has surprised me, and I'm sure other people would have been happy to have teased and mocked the HMs! :P  But in reality, it's a long way to come for a day's work, so hardly worth the hassle of several days flying!

Glad to hear Dirk's not been forgotten on the C4 forums!
