I see that ITV has suspended phone ins on all their programs ! No doubt worried after the problems on Channel 4 and BBC1. People have been encouraged to phone in and on several programmes there was no possible chance that they could win.

I didn't watch it but my brother did and he tells me that CBB4 had a LOT worse bullying than what Shilpa received. He says nothing came of it because it was a white person bullying a white person.
