Question on editions (KC)

Found this on ebay and was wondering if there were different editions since this book has a completely different cover from the one I have always seen before...? Just curious...

Star that's the first edition then it changed publishers and got a new cover ( the current one is the second edition ).
A few minor updates such as names and statistics but the book is the same.
