Is Dirk back home?

In a British newspaper today it says that some BB housemates including Dirk are to be interviewed by police this week. We all know how inaccurate newspapers can be but so far, this particular one has been correct. I'm wondering how Dirk is and if he's OK. Jermaine is on a tour of primary schools, promoting an anti bullying campaign arranged before BB started. It would be good to know how Dirk Is, considering what he had to put up with in the BB house. Police are to ask for a court order because the prog makers won't give them all the tapes. Personally, much as I would love to see Dirk over here every DAY, -I hope he's back home and relaxing!

Apparently he is definitely back home now, and recovering from the jet lag! (this is according to the A Team Shrine forum, and they seem to know what they are talking about!)

I don't really see why people have been interviewed by the police, considering that Shilpa herself has said that she doesn't think the bullying was racially motivated, and obviously isn't pressing charges.

I think that the police are investiaging because of the number of complaints that they recieved.
