I really love the idea ;)
I took part in that "biggest fan"-competition with the following video (http://www.dystopia.nu/blog/images/looneybiggestfan.wmv)
Unfortunately my dog is a black labrador so it's very hard to see her. :? Anyway, nothing ventured, nothing gained. I have nothing to lose anyway

I just re-visited the Q&A page at Universal Playback and it says "Drik" instead of "Dirk". A nice little mistake and wonderful evidence that behind all those machines nowadays is still at least one human being. :D (now that's getting a little too philosophic)

Haha, he even answered my question.
It's really sad they didn't give us the "Starbuck 20 years older" story. :(
The whole re-imagination does not only say a lot about hollywood. It says a lot about our western world nowdays. The way "suits" think... You find it on so many places nowdays.
Indeed, my problem is that I don't watch the episodes of the current BSG series. :D 8)

It helps of course to live in Europe.
I really love the "Lost in castration article". It's to the point and funny. And a relief to read in these "political correct" times. Bravo !!!!!! 8)

I don't think there'll ever be a competition on /battlestar.
They have deleted all the links on universal-playback.com and now mention the A-Team competition only - but no more word about /battlestar. Uhm... :x

Yes, it is still there, I know. I mean only the links on universal-playback.com (http://universal-playback.com) are all gone!

You can always contact the website itself and find out what's going on.
There is a "contact us" link at the bottom of the homepage.

Thanks Donna.
We are a little band, but committed and do what we can :D
Quite possibly the Playback site may be having tech issues, but they did manage to update it with the A-Team competition. Hmmm. :?
