Don't ask me why I was looking - it's one of those weekends - but look what's on eBay! The leather jumpsuit worn by Laurette Spang for the BSG episode Living Legend. This is a one-of-a-kind costume, sought-after I think by every BSG fan - and here it is. I want to let every BSG fan know it's there.

So pass the word. Somebody's going to be the lucky owner of a rare piece of sci-fi history.

But what an item! I wish I had the money. Although...compared to Dirk's white uniform from the Ship of Lights (which went for USD 3500 last year) the price for Laurette's jumpsuit is almost moderate. ;)

There were several interesting BSG items on ebay lately, but from another seller. A pro repro of the BSG warrior laser weapon went for only 66 USD last night... sigh. Some gold cubits (wich were actually used in the show, according to the seller) are still up, but with each new auction the cubits get more expensive (the guy seems to own several of them).

I just dug around on ebay and found a seller "galactica-museum" (who is maybe Chris Pappas himself), who is selling several authentic costumes and props from the old BSG! Of course the prices are no bargains either, but the items are really interesting!

I noticed that the costume on the manequin is a different color than the one's Dirk and Richard are wearing! Hmmmm!!:confused:

I don't think it's a different color. I think it's just the different way that the pictures were lit the shade of orange does look a little different. Just my opinion. Chris Pappas has stuff that is genuine, so I don't think its a fake.
